This album includes a few of Will's R&B hits — "There's No Living Without You," "Do You Still Love Me," "Break Up to Make Up," and "Nothing Has Ever Felt Like This." These songs are all some of Downing's best work — even if he didn't write the songs — they showcase his vocal prowess. The albums opening title track starts the album with an extremely energetic spark, which is later balanced by quite a few low-key ballads.
